Who We Are

Our Purpose

Our purpose is to enrich the youth that are goal driven, courageous, gifted, bold, talented, aspiring influencers, models, singers, actors and actresses with the biggest platform to achieve their dreams and objectives in Excellence.

We have a global network of representatives who on daily basis scout, encourage and train these youth in attaining what seems impossible to address challenges involved with the industry they find themselves in globally while achieving positive impact for their respective communities, states, regions, countries, our planet and all stakeholders associated with My Virtuous Global.

Board Of Directors

Our directors consist of the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and External Manager. These individuals are responsible for guiding all departments (Executive Committee, Nomination Board and Representatives) and non-profitable agencies affiliated to My Virtuous Global. Our board oversees the wellbeing, capital location, investment decisions, oversees every aspect of our performance, risk management, engagements, compliance, educational and training framework through regular discussions with the Management Team.

Executive Committee

This committee is made up of the external manager, finance, marketing, communication and events departments. This is the heartbeat of MVG and are backbone of the organisation steering the daily affairs and recommending the paths the organisation must proceed on. They make provisions for all activities, events and promotions whiles maintaining the vision and mission that drives the organisation.

Nomination Board

Our nomination board seek out potential candidates to fill senior management positions, board membership roles. They are trusted to review contestants forms, vet and ensure they meet the standards required to participate in MVG events. Its setup consist of the Board of Directors, Executive Committee Leaders, President of Representatives and our highly respected Stakeholders.

Representatives

Our distinguished representatives are responsible for recruiting ambassadors, represent us on special meetings and promotional events. They are to direct, organise, supervise and coordinate sub events (campus based events) and establish diplomatic relations between campuses and countries globally. Country Reps, Campus Reps, Ambassadors and Volunteers all fall under the supervision of Representatives.

Ambassadors

Our ambassadors help in promotion, engagements, coordinates activities, represent their campus, periodic check ups on contestants, help in managing the contestants and keep the rest of the team updated. They work with both representatives and nomination committee whiles helping contestants with their researches and activity needs. Anyone can be an ambassador but will need to apply, get vetted and approved to work with us.
