• Contestants must possess good communication skills, intelligence, and have a positive personality.

• Open to tertiary institutions (University, nursing training, teacher training etc) students.

• Contestants must be between the ages of 18-30years.

• Contestants must have no criminal record.

• Have humility and desire to advance the life of others.
